Replying to my own post I know, I've taken the hump 'cause this is
getting silly now, in fact it got silly a while back, and I don't like
being told that I don't read the posts or the articles pointed out to
me. I actually sent a post saying I had about two minutes before I got
this mail pointing out that I had indeed read the article at the link
given.

I never at any time suggested anything about books other than I could
lend some on standards that was it!

Apart from that it is factually incorrect and omits the fact that I
publicly acknowledged that I mistook Jason's NTL for Sky Digital earlier
today.

As for an apology, cold day in hell will come sooner.
