Hi

i) Yup, I'm interested in a build co-op, I am quite happy to get the soldering
iron out, but I'm not sure if any of the componets are surface mount. If there
are, then I won't be happy.

ii) Yup I'm already using 1-wire sensors internally and externally to monitor
tempature, wind speed, rainfall etc. (temp only internally of course, except
after curries :-0 )

at the moment everything is daisy chained hence the requirement for hubs, and
also to save on bodge it yourself patching etc.

Are there any surface mount components if the Hubs/BP units?
