If it's for prototyping etc you might want to try silver loaded epoxy
not cheap but handy if you are trying to mount very small devices,
work use it on RF amplifier demo boards that work up to 5-6GHz.

If you want only a couple of devices soldering let me know off list
and I might be able to get one of the apps guys to do it!
