Nope :(
The other thing is that often this sort of stuff is packed in such kack
packaging that you HAVE to rip/tear it to get into it - and they then moan
that they can't put the packaging back together to resell.

What is the situation then with small businesses - get stuffed, they can
charge what they like as a restocking fee?
