Re: [OT] MSN Messenger
Got the same here with my 12 yr old son and now 9yr old daughter. What
I did
with my son was to tell him to only add people(his mates) to his contacts
list who he had got their email address from face to face (ie at school).
Told him never to give out his phone numbers and house address online, and
explained the reasons why.
Also the PC is in the living room, so that my wife and I are walking past
frequently. I do have the conversation logging enabled, (which he hasn't
realized yet!) and do cast a cursory glance over occasionally, but to be
honest they chat in some strange code that hardly resembles English, so I'm
not convinced I would pickup on any that was amiss anyway!! LOL
